Board member and advisor to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and Health Canada, his role as the architect for amending federal and provincial tax law to allow junior renewable energy exploration companies to issue flowthrough shares has brought Canada at the forefront of this emerging sector worldwide.

Diane Groleau

Industrial Designer, Occupational Therapist, Diane is an accomplished serial entrepreneur who has founded and managed a private clinic practice whilst being a lecturer at University of Sherbrooke. Her legacy also comprises training of OTs internationally as well as with local indigenous community.

Pascale Brochu

An occupational Therapist with a specific expertise in the evaluation and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) she manages clinical trial coordination from study design to clinical outcome delivery.

Simon Corcos
Technical Director
Software engineering graduate from É.T.S. Montreal with specializations in machine learning, big data and software architecture. His roles as technical director at HOP Technologies, freelance developer through TopTal and I.T. director at the MMS Foundation allowed him to develop a wide range of skills in software development, DevOps, applied machine learning and technical leadership.

Michael Farley
Corporate development director
PhD, Biotech and pharma strategist with 40 years in corporate finance and advisory. Life science business advisory offering cross border services to Biotech, Medtech, Nutraceutical and Clean Energy companies. MRF (and predecessor Valor Management) were involved in $150M in transactions for NA and EU companies since the late 1990s. Prior to founding MRF, Michael managed investment and technology programs at the Canadian Foreign Affairs Department. He holds a PhD in the Philosophy of Science from the Université de Montréal (1986).
